Oh my goodness! The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was extremely slow and we did not feel welcome at all. The staff had grumpy faces and did not pay attention to our orders. We will not be returning to this place.

I was standing at the counter while the staffed looked at me but ignored me while having their own conversation. O was forced to go to the counter as the staff member serving me didn’t know a thing avout any items on the menu. Would give a zero rating if i could!!

I have always ordered their Utterly Nutterly and Coco Mania desserts through Uber Eats, and they were always one of the best I have ever tasted. The Utterly Nutterly is a delicious mix of pistachio pieces and ice cream served on a cold stone. However, my most recent order was a disappointment. The dessert tasted like the pistachio kulfi I can buy at Tesco, not the high-quality treat I was expecting. I have ordered from this place many times and the Utterly Nutterly is usually amazing, but it seems they fell short this time. I also ordered the Coco Mania yogurt drink and found white plastic bag pieces in it. This was my first negative experience with their service, so I'm not sure if they are cutting costs or if their quality has declined. If they try to dispute my review, I have photos to support my claims. Overall, I was really disappointed with my recent orders from this place.

We ordered 3 milkshakes and a waffle. The cream for the waffle was off, the milkshakes were too watery. Ordered whipped cream for the milkshake and there was barely any.

Lady is very rude. Always yelling at other staff and refuses card payments, when I've always been paying by card before. As if she pockets cash. Stale cake and poor quality food. Horrendous service
