Indiano Pizza - Waltham Forest

Firstly, I ordered through the restaurant's website and found a great selection. I was excited to receive my meal, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery. Despite writing specific instructions in the comments for the driver to enter the pub premises and deliver to me directly, the driver claimed to have called me multiple times and left without delivering my order. I tried calling the driver, but he blocked me. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant to find my pizza cold in a bag. They did not refund my delivery fee or apologize for the inconvenience. The quality of the pizza was poor and not what I had ordered. I will not be ordering from their website again, and may consider using a delivery service like Uber Eats in the future.

I ordered a pizza for home delivery, be careful with the drivers, he showed me a false receipt to try and charge me extra money on the doorstep. The pizza came after over 1.5 hours and was cold and chewy when it had finally arrived, the box was soggy and damaged with the pizza not laying flat. Very poor service, this was the second time i have experienced this and when I had tried to complain to the manager, nothing was taken forward.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni plus extra pepperoni &cheese)pizza from the Chingford branch. It arrived with no stuffing in the crust and hardly any pepperoni. When we rung up to complain they knew they had messed up on the order but still sent it out anyway probably hoping we wouldn’t notice. They offered a replacement pizza but because we’d eaten some wouldn’t replace it, how would we know there was no stuffing if we hadn’t eaten it. Jeez! I have rung several times for a partial refund, with no luck. Keep getting fobbed off the managers not here, we’ll call you back etc. A good business being run into the ground by poor management!

DO NOT EAT HERE! My partner and I visited the Lea Bridge Road location on a Sunday evening to pick up our pizza order. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized they had given us the wrong pizza. When we called to inform them of the mistake, they were rude and unapologetic. They insisted that we come back to collect the correct pizza, without replacing the sides. After some back and forth, they agreed to replace the entire order and deliver it to us. However, it took 2 hours and multiple phone calls before we received our order, which arrived cold. Nobody at the restaurant took responsibility for the error – the person on the phone claimed it wasn't his fault, and the delivery driver refused to come up to our flat, yelling from the street for us to come down and collect the pizza. The owner, a fat man with glasses, yelled at me before hanging up. This establishment lacks proper customer service and professionalism. The owner's behavior was unacceptable. This place is a total joke, run by incompetent individuals.

Worst customer service ever. Missing food, cold pizza and over an hour late. Call up they don’t care. Won’t order ever again!!
