Well, I really don't write reviews that often...today I thought I'd grab some tea and a snack in Waltrop...the first thing was that there wasn't a service person/saleswoman in sight that I could ask about that with the drinks (first pour, then pay or vice versa?)ok I thoughtthen I'll get my tea. And that was reallyI was really disgusted. Unfortunately it was too late to see how dirty the BOTH machines were...one was completely sticky with milk foam and cocoa, so I refrained from putting my cup on it at all. I then put it under the next machine, tore open the bag of tea and unfortunately it was only then that I saw how dirty not only the walls were, but also the nozzles of both machines. You can only hope that the hot water kills everything. That doesn't work at all. It's really not an act to clean the machines every now and then and descale them and clean the nozzles every now and then. I definitely won't buy anything here again...the crispy stick was hard and crumbly...
