Debonairs Pizza Walvis Bay

I ordered three pizzas over the phone to collect in an hour for a class party at school. When I arrived for pick up, Debonaires kept on insisting that I wait a few more minutes as the pizzas are “just getting out of the oven”. After waiting an extra 20 minutes. I still hadn’t received ANYTHING! I demanded a refund. The manager called me later that evening to apologise and said I could have my order the next day for free. I had my nephew’s birthday party that day and thought it excellent because then I wouldn’t need to order pizzas somewhere else. I agreed to forgive and forget when I received the free pizzas. It was promised to be delivered at 13:30. At 14:00 nothing had yet arrived and I had to call to ask what had happened. They obviously forgot. I received the free pizzas at 14:20 right before the party was about to end. Great tasting pizza, but honestly unacceptable service. I do not recommend relying on Debonairs.

Excellent service. Very clean shop and friendly staff. Also Best delivery service ever experienced (fast and efficient)..keep it up!!

The pizzas also tasted very well, while the peat of 'on the double' we almost had not existent. Inside it is warm and comfortable when it is cold outside. The staff also appeared friendly.

Food always ready within or before the promised time. Never had to select any other item due to missing ingredients. I have had this problem with all the other fast food chains in Walvisbaai. Debonairs definitely plans well. The staff are always smiling. Very commendable. They even assisted me with a pizza delivery for my Fiance' and were able to use the sauce to create a heart on-top of the cheese (I ordered from 1300km's away). You will not be disappointed with the service from this well managed establishment.

The quality of ingredients at this Debonairs is way better than the one in Dunes mall.
