Went home to discover the cheeseburgers had pickles even though I ordered the burgers plain. I hate pickles!!
We have tried the BK in Delavan a handful of times and have been dissatisfied with the food received as each time the food was lukewarm at best. The chicken nuggets were dried up little pucks. Very disappointing.
It's a Burger King. Today the whopper was extremely flat. 3x more bread than anything. For 13$ I was expecting much more.Parking: Several spots for trailering as well.
They can't even take a SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT!! Then the b1tch calls me a thief cause I have to complain about the food not being right. Absolutely the worst I've ever been treated, it's not that hard to listen but I guess it is for them since they lie about how many times I've been there when my father has been in the hospital for the past fu<king year so don't see how I could be constantly eating there so if you value your time and money and self respect then do not eat here, they obviously don't care about their jobs so ill help them move along by call corporate on this woman that shouldn't be serving people that like things a certain way since she obviously doesn't listen.
Was kindly greeted by the female that was working at the window, she gave us our drinks then asked us to move forward, we assumed that they were asking in case someone were to pull up behind us. There was no one there so we thought it would be nicer to wait and not have to make her walk out our food. As we were waiting, the manager came to the window and commanded us to move telling us that we were ruining their times! If you cared so much about your times wouldn’t you worry more about getting the food made faster, and not getting us off the pressure plate so corporate thinks your times are fine… That manager definitely needs to work on his people skills.
