The music here is loud and goes on all night. They just can't do anything at a moderate level. The punters, particularly the women are shreaking most nights as they leave, no consideration for the neighbours.

I came to have drinks and a bit of food with some mates. Reigns was so kind and helpful. Honestly, if you go to lost society ask for her you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Teigan was a great host and made our night extra special. Excellent service. Great food. Good music.

I came here today for a Mother’s Day brunch with 14 of my family members they all had a great time.food was good, drinks were lovely, the service was great and most importantly the manager Shannon was amazing, friendly, very helpful and gave us an overall good experience. Warning anyone who wishes to book out their party room. We knew there was a £1500 minimum spend. I had spent over £500 already on the room and a drinks package so this meant the night was expected to reach less than £1000. Our 45 guests drank through the night from 7pm-1am with some ordering food, given the maths would require £20ish to be spent per head this was not an issue- there were a lot of drinks! By the end of the night I was told I owed £300 and I had not reached the expected £980 (separate to my initial payment) Astounded, I asked to see the price breakdown- they refused and told me they couldn’t show me this due to confidentiality of my own guests’ orders. With no evidence from them, and the fact this was an absolute lie, I was left furious but forced to pay. I will emphasise the money was not the problem but the refusal to give proof, and overall deception. Our bar maid was lovely and sympathetic to the situation, the kind bar man even said it was completely out of order and he too was unhappy with the company in general. However the manager was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve met; disrespectful, rude and arrogant. He wouldn’t even listen to me speak and left me in tears with his foul, unprofessional manner. An appalling end to a birthday party. Advice, should you wish to visit such an untrustworthy and corrupt establishment, demand a running cost after every order to ensure they cannot do the same to you.
