Tops Pizza - Wandsworth

This is a local pizza spot, so you might have high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The pizza was cold and the toppings were burnt to a point where they were unrecognizable. I had ordered a thin crust, but it seemed like they had just thrown it together carelessly.

I simply cannot allow these people to steal my money. Despite waiting for an hour, my order was cancelled and the payment was still taken from my account. The Wandsworth franchise of Tops Pizza is damaging the brand's reputation and should not be allowed to continue. After reading other reviews, the head office of Tops Pizza needs to pay attention. The staff pretend to have poor English skills, are rude, and blatantly lie. They are dishonest and it's shocking that they think defrauding customers is acceptable. I will make sure to receive a refund and compensation for the stress caused. I will keep you updated. In the meantime, avoid this place at all costs. I cannot rate this restaurant positively. The truth is, the rating is negative.

Bad service an people that work there are rude, got under half a box of wedges which was not hot an pizza didnt come hot, when calling company to tell them they was very rude, never ordering from here again

Saw a rat, told staff, they weren't even surprised and did nothing, they seem to only care about fulfilling orders...stay away!!!!

Go to pizza delivery in Putney and Wandsworth, good quality, efficient, great stuffed crusts good deals, love the stuffed crust veggie lover with a bbq base.
