Order through the app for the first time. Got a very small piece of chicken. The shop will send it for free again, but we don't want it because we don't want free stuff. Took a friend (vegetarian). Charged her more to have chicken burger without the chicken! Just bun, fries and drink. Only has one serviette. No replacements found. Tried to wash hands but sink was closed off. Used water machine. Nothing to wipe hands on. Staff just wanted to serve us and move on. Only had small amount of chicken in my burger. Not a good experience
