Wordies is a simple cafe, tucked away over towards UQ lakesMy favourite thing about Wordies is the massive outdoor seating area.
Overpriced. Overpaid workers. Poor turnaround time for a cafe at a uni. Average food and coffee
I already had several good reasons to dislike Wordsmiths--surly staff, inflated prices, the bitterness of its burnt-bean coffee.
We were in town to see the Neil Armstrong Museum, and a quick search for restaurants in the area turned Al's Woody's Diner up. We decided to go, and I'm so glad...
