Happy Daz - Wapakoneta

The chain itself is delicious but the wapakoneta store is terrible. I could go on and on about order mistakes and the fact that 90% of the time I go here I end up going back to have something fixed. Today I ordered a cheeseburger combo. I'd like to add I'mthe kind of guy if the condiments are messed up I usually just eat it. The problem today was the burger was so dry it had turnedinto a peice of charcoal. Like legitimately a peice of charcoal. I took a picture and am attaching it to this review. It seemsthey employee people who make the choice to serve a paying customer a dried out old burger. That's what gets me about it reallybecause I can understand human error and making a mistake but there is no way no how the employee didn't notice this and simplychose to serve it to me anyways. Hoping I wouldnt return I assume. This isnt my first bad experience with this particular storebut this was my last straw. I am posting this same review to Facebook and I have attempted to contact the general manager withno answer. update 10-24-22 Place just continues to fail. Ordered a cheeseburger combo wrong condiments on the sandwich andthe hamburger was raw in the middle. I'm reporting these guys to the health department.

So here is my only issue: they are beyond slow. We sat in the drive through for several minutes before anyone greeted us to take our order and even after that it took forever to get the food plus the fries were cold when we got them (and they wereexpensive). Shakes are super good

The food was gross as all get out. This is my 2nd time going there and both times I did not enjoy it. 1st time my fried pickles were soggy on the inside 2nd time was 8/17/22 and the foot long i got was so dried out it wasn't even a foot long. Neverreturning here again

They have amazing food there it's a must eat at if you leave there hungry it's your own fault like I said it's a must try out you will love it

When you order the special and another order of jalapeño bites but dont get your fries and the order is 4 dollar more and wrong side got it replaced but she threw the mistake away fell like i got double did with no lube
