Starbucks - Wappingers Falls

The queues at Starbucks are too long and due to the increased laziness brought on by the Covid days, they have to compete with numerous pick-up orders. There is no personality in these Starbucks locations. I prefer local cafes.

The server at this restaurant is proactive in their role. They provide helpful suggestions to frequent customers. When I mentioned that I waited for several minutes without being acknowledged, the server rectified the situation immediately. In the following week, all customers were greeted promptly, no matter how busy it was. This level of recognition is crucial, especially during a time of high inflation.

This Starbucks is the absolute the best. I go there every time before work and they get to know you and your drink. The employees that work there make sure to remember your face and your name when it comes to ordering. I love the employees that work there. Keep going to this Starbucks since it’s the best.

The staff is always nice and friendly. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting anytime I go there. The store is always clean.

As much as I always tell my wife it's expensive I really can't be mad because every time we go the drinks are made soooo good. It's worth it. It's always worth it.
