My daughter and I got both coffees from here and they were both terrible, better to gloria jeans next door.
My wife and I live in the Waratah area and frequent the Waratah Shopping Village regularly. The service is usually mediocre and the girls who serviced us in the afternoon at 4.30 (19/6/18) were more interested in closing than providing proper service. They had packed...up the store (chairs and tables inside) and were only doing take away coffees. Why say you are open until 5pm if you are packing up at 4.30? This wouldn't have been such a big deal except that the takeaway chai tea we ordered was cold and tasted of soy milk rather than tea! I returned it and told the girl making the coffees and she didn't seem too pleased. I got it back and it was at least hot this time, but still weak. If the owners of this cafe are reading this, train your staff and employ people who know what they are doing. This is tue second time in as many months as we have received an icy welcome and substandard coffee.
Have been here several times. The coffee is always great, never bitter. The pastries and cakes on offer look phenomenal!! Service is quick and friendly.
I visit this restaurant at least two times a week. Overall, the coffee is good, better than the place next door. The pies are not great, but the plain sausage roll is okay. The cinnamon scrolls are delicious. The ham and cheese croissant is good, and the almond croissant is similar to the cinnamon scroll. The service is fast and friendly. I wouldn't be able to get through some days without my coffee fix from Snows.
