Well, my anticipation was quickly dashed once I got back home. The fries were not Cajun at all but justplain fries, and the burger, OMG, just two sick looking patties in between two soggy slices of bun....no ketchup, lettuce, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes or nothing. Looks like it'll be a very long time before I eat here again...I'm so sad.
Better food than your standard fast food burger places with many more options on the menu. Everyone should find something they like. Prices are fair even though most places are raising prices daily. Beware that the regular burger are smaller, more kidssize, but getting the larger burger will still cost you less than other fast food places.
There's nothing on the menu that stands out as exceptional. However, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the consistency of their offerings are the reasons I keep coming back.
Excellent service, my order was accurate, and the food was served hot and fresh! I highly recommend it for a quick and affordable meal.
I usually enjoy their shakes and burgers, but this time I was disappointed. My burger was pale in the middle, despite being well-done and heated from the fridge—I wish I had taken a picture. I received only five tiny onion rings, along with two normal-sized and three small cheese bites. My wife's fries also seemed cold, and nothing on her tray was hot except for the hockey puck of a burger she had. As for the shakes, she liked hers, but mine tasted like vanilla until I dug down and discovered an orange-flavored layer at the bottom. After stirring it for a while, it improved slightly in taste. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and am not eager to return. Unfortunately, this CookOut didn’t measure up against the competition.
