Krystal - Warner Robins

I love Krystal's! I tried to download the app for 50% my first purchase thru the app but couldn't get it to go thru and the guy at the drive thru didn't haven't a clue either. No help but the food was good.

No wait at drive thru at approx 800pm, however, an 8 to 10 minute wait ? for Krystal hamburgers was given. Also, no I-cee drinks or milkshakes available.? Employees were very pleasant, and apologetic. My order, which was correct, was delivered promptly when ready. ?

Nice people, great service and very clean restaurant! The people here actually act like they enjoy their job and don't mind working.

Last night, my husband arrived at Krystals on Highway 96 at 9:36 PM. He sat at the drive-thru until 9:46 PM before moving to the window. There was a guy near the window who was eating and did not engage with any customers. Despite my husband honking the horn, the employee still didn't look up. There were other vehicles behind him waiting as well. This has happened to us twice now. I'm not sure if the owner is aware, but the service from the employees has been very disappointing. I just called, and the person on the phone apologized and acknowledged recognizing the issue. She confirmed that the store closes at 10 PM on Thursdays. Please address this situation.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru before I could place my order, and there were only 5 cars ahead of me. Now, I've been waiting for 40 minutes and still haven't received my food. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to eat.
