Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Did a pick up order for lunch. Everything was fresh and packaged nicely in my order. The cashier was very friendly handing off the order. Super easy, quick and delicious

Asked for a 4 finger plate and got this instead, also asked for extra zax sauce and did not receive any. I was the only person in drive thru and was asked to wait. Took another 5 minutes and when I was ready to order, she acted like she couldn?t hear me.Will never come back here again.

I went through the drive thru at zaxbys on booth rd. it was a terrible experience. If you want better service ,I would suggest that you go to a different restaurant .the manager needs to get their employees on the same page. There's absolutely no point intreating their customers this way. If you have been here before you know what I'm talking about.i will not be back to thisfranchise at any location.

Food was ok temperature. No sauce given, drink machine had no sweetener. Small portions for price. Also, it kind of defeats inside mobile orders, if you have to check in to get your food

The place was as busy as ever. But the crew was able to handle the crowd. Food served hot, tasty and timely. The only drawback was their beverage dispenser was out of CO2, so only HI C was available. Their sweet tea kept running out because itwas the only alternative drink. I did not have a beverage, hence the Five rating. I'd go again.
