Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I really enjoy this place! The staff is consistently friendly and always has a smile. The food is served promptly, and my orders are always accurate!

The food was not prepared properly, and I waited in the drive-thru line for 55 minutes. I had to repeat my order four times, yet when I received my food at the window, nothing was correct. The drinks were the wrong flavor, and the food didn't match what I had ordered. This restaurant really needs to improve its service or consider closing down.

I really enjoyed the food, and the waitress who assisted me was fantastic, despite her manager's unpleasant behavior. He raised his voice at her, claiming she was 80 years old and should know how to behave, even though she was just trying to ask him to quiet down so she could hear me better, as I can't speak loudly. In short, the food was great, but I didn't come for the tea or the drama. The staff deserves better treatment.
