Fredeli - WARNERS BAY

When you discover a restaurant that exceeds all expectations, you are faced with a decision. Do you keep it to yourself or share it with others so they can enjoy it too? Luckily, I believe in sharing, so here it goes. Fredeli is a unique, family-owned business. Fred (Frederico) is passionate about his work. I have never met someone more knowledgeable about their produce, preparation methods, and cooking techniques. His love for what he does is evident in the high quality of the food, the exceptional staff, the presentation of each dish, and the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. I have visited Fredeli five times in the past three weeks, and Fred remembered my name and order from my second visit, which is impressive. Recently, I brought a group of nine people and they were happy to accommodate us without hesitation. Everyone felt special, even the younger ones who enjoyed dishes like lasagna, meatballs, and pizza. We savored a variety of delicious dishes such as Antipasti, mixed olives, Focaccia bread, gourmet Vegetarian sandwiches, Buffalo Mozzarella salad, Smoked trout, cheese platter, meat platter, and vegetarian platter. Everything was beautifully presented with flawless taste and freshness. The coffee lovers in our group raved about their drinks, while I enjoyed Italian beer that perfectly complemented the food. The kids loved the Italian soft drinks with long straws. If you want to experience authentic Italian flavors in Warner's Bay, I can confidently say that you won't find a better place than "Fredeli." This Italian delicatessen is a hidden gem in Warners Bay. The owners, a lovely couple, provided top-notch customer service, taking care of every intricate detail including pairing drinks with courses. As a young couple originally from London now living in Sydney, we appreciate good food. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes kept coming! We highly recommend trying out this place – you won't be disappointed.

I visited this place last week to purchase some nitrate-free deli meat and was amazed by the friendly service! After tasting the meat at home, I was blown away by how delicious it was - truly the best ham I have ever had and no artificial additives! I returned today and enjoyed a toasted sandwich and coffee. The service was exceptional - the owner took great care of us and even provided snacks for my one-year-old. The waitress was lovely and very helpful. The coffee was so good that I ended up buying a bag of coffee beans to take home! The food was amazing and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place - five stars!

Excellent, fun and knowledgable staff that serve delicious Italian food and wine. Whether for a feast on Fredeli Fridays, a platter over lunch or an espresso in the morning. It is a perfect location with a view to Lake Macquarie. It's hard to knock back a visit to Warners Bay's little piece of Italy. Thanks Federico, Nina and the team�

Being an Italian myself i just felt like i was back at home eating, very traditional and authentic food, puts any Italian restaurant to shame. Highly recommend for a Friday night dinner or a panini throughout the day. Excellent service and atmosphere as well as food
