I had a very enjoyable stay here with friends last weekend, lovely hosts Frieda and Rob looked after us well. The rooms were warm and comfortable. Delicious meals and drinks near the open fire. A good location as a base for exploring the lower Yorke Peninsula. I definitely recommend it Rooms: The rooms were warm and comfortable. Very clean. No frills. Safety: We felt very safe in this town, the hotel and everywhere we went on the Yorke Peninsula. Walkability: A very easy town to explore on foot. Food drinks: The bar had all the choices you’d expect. The service was friendly, quick and efficient. Good prices. The food menu had all the pub favourites and ingredients are locally sourced where possible. Delicious!

I visited this restaurant today while on a trip and the food was fantastic. The staff were excellent, with the bartender giving us helpful tips for sightseeing and the servers being very friendly. I would rate the rooms, service, and location all a perfect 5 out of 5.
