How can you go wrong with ice cream? The only challenge here is choosing a flavor, and this place offers the best selection!

I ordered a cake online two days before Easter, specifically the "Hopscotch the Bunny" cake. Since I live an hour away from this location, I chose them because they were the only ones offering this cake. When I went to pick it up, it looked nothing like the picture I had seen. The store associate contacted the owner when I expressed my disappointment, and her exact words were, "I'm sorry, but I'm not a professional cake decorator." I was left puzzled as to why she would be selling professionally decorated cakes. In the end, she offered me a $5 discount, but I opted to just get a refund. I would recommend not ordering cakes from this place, as they do not deliver what is advertised.

Women in her 50's was very rude. She wouldn't give a sample of a new flavor and wouldn't let me get a refund if I didn't like it. She literally laughed at me and smiled. Ill never go back to this location. This place really has gone down hill since new ownership.

Went to this location for the famous BR bubblegum ice cream, that I loved as a kid. Was told by the woman behind the counter that bubblegum ice cream is seasonal. Exactly what season is bubblegum season. Then another staff member stated that it was one of their most popular flavors, and he would ask his manager to offer more. I said to the young man, If it is one of the most popular flavors, then won 't your manager already know to order more ? He had no response. A large number of ice cream containers were in the display case, but were empty, which made it pretty frustrating to order. My husband requested Rocky Road (he was at home). When he attempted to eat it, it was horribly freezer burned. Overall, an ok experience, just riddled with frustration. The staff could not give an answer when I inquired as to when bubblegum flavor might be available. I will check a different location.
