I had an exceptionally disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The woman who took my order was quite rude. I waited by the window for about 10 to 15 minutes before she even acknowledged me, and her first remark was, "Do you have a job or something?" with her arms crossed and a dismissive look on her face. It felt like she completely forgot about my order, even though I was the only one in the drive-thru. The staff was not only slow but also unfriendly, especially towards white customers.

I really enjoy their cooking style. I've visited several different locations, and the quality is always consistent.

The staff are respectful and polite. The highlight of my experience was the chicken, which is always served hot, fresh, and deliciously crispy. The potatoes are mashed in a mouthwatering butter sauce that is full of flavor. If I could, I would run my own chicken shack because the food is so good that it practically sells itself—I could eat chicken every day! I want to give a special thanks to Eva and Jessica for creating the best buns in the great state of Michigan. You two are amazing!

The service and the container were good. the fried chicken leg was delicious. but I thought it was excessively greasy as if it was necessary to be patched with paper cloth. there were no serviettes or utensils in the bag to eat it in my car. go through on Sunday 26. juni $3.26 for 1 med upper leg. pricey. I don't want to go back.

Just left this location. Normally i have a good experience. I went thru the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes after I paid. I rolled down my window to get someone's attention. This girl with a very snooty attitude comes to the window i ask her how much longer. She says ribs take longer if you dont want to wait call it in next time and closed the window. Ill make sure I go to another location next time because as much as those subpar tasting ribs cost i shouldnt have to deal with a snooty attitude from some little girl
