I came in last minute to grab an ice cream cake for my 9 yr old.Flynn, who helped me TREMENDOUSLY, offered to write on the cake for me on the spot. She asked what his favorite color/s were and incorporated it with what color was already on the cake! It looked AMAZING!! I just wanted to say: THANK YOU FLYNN for going above and beyond. Blizzards were great as always and the service was excellent. Thank you for a great visit.

This establishment is staffed by a group that seems to lack basic professionalism and a sense of customer service. The service is often rude and impersonal, and it's uncommon for them to acknowledge you with a simple goodbye or show any manners. Many of my thank-yous are met with blank stares. Gen Z: please send help. There are a few exceptions among the staff, and I appreciate those individuals. Thank you!

Yum! Only negative, the chili cheese fries were SO SALTY! Coming from a person that likes salt!
