I stopped getting my kids an early piece sandwich, they were from our original article. So we're left with a bagel. my son constantly complained that it was not good and it was hard to chew. then I took one bite, it was so hard that I couldn't bite it. very disappointing.
We have gone here on a number of occasions and the service during the morning and afternoon is good. The guy there at night is not friendly and always makes us seem like we 're inconveniencing him. On several occasions we went right around 7 at night or just before and the guy let us sit in the drive thru and then would open the back door and say we 're closed and when we address that the hours online say they 're open until 9 he says well I don 't know what to tell you we 're not . He served a car at the drive thru window as we were sitting at the speaker tonight and still refused to take our order. All of the lights were on and the place was still clearly open when we were there. If this were a one time event I 'd excuse it but it 's happened on a handful of occasions. We will be going to another Dunkin from here on out.
Frustrating experience. The employees can’t understand English very well and they had no idea how to make my drink. The drink was awful. Just an awful experience all around. If I could give this location three thumbs down I would.
I still like their coffee and my wife loves their coconut refreshers, but their baked goods and hot food items are only average these days. My sourdough breakfast sandwich had no flavor at all and my orange cranberry muffin was dry and hard as a rock! I know the individual stores don't make their baked goods in-house anymore, but they can do better than this.
