Papa Johns Pizza - Warren

Ordered on phone thru their horrible call center. Went to pick up the pizza and wings and no order was received. Had to wait 45 min for it. They gave us wrong dipping sauce and shorted 4 wings. Called store to complain, they gave a free pizza under phone number, when I called to redeem, no credit recorded. Very unprofessional for spending almost 40 bucks and having to wait extra time and still screwed up order and with a fake redeemable pizza.

I love the food here. But when you call in they give you people who can barly speak English.. It has become a nightmare to order from here .. real sad .. Im gonna have to find a different place to order from ..

Besides my pick up order taking 99 to 109 minutes to be ready. Everything was okay. The extremely long wait time almost made me cancel my order right then and there. The only reason I didn't cancel was my son
