Taco Bell - Warren

This restaurant used to be a great spot, but unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. It seems like there’s always something off about the service here. I noticed several paintings on the walls, but they claimed they were closed for "personalization" (which seems odd since they still pay their staff to be there). They once told me they could only offer hard and soft tacos due to “short staff” or a limitation of five items or less. On another occasion, they said they couldn’t take any orders, yet I saw four employees outside smoking (I’m a smoker too, but I never let that interfere with my work). Today, they informed me that they only accept online orders through delivery services like DoorDash or UberEats. I really suggest avoiding this place and opting for a restaurant a few miles away that will actually serve you better!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was incomplete—two out of three items were missing. When I tried to call for assistance, no one answered the phone. I thought about going back to request a refund, but despite their claim that they were too busy to take calls, I saw staff standing around laughing and joking instead of addressing the issues. It seems like they don't know how to handle food orders correctly. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when mistakes happen, but it seems to be a recurring issue here. I recommend saving your money and choosing a different place instead of this overpriced establishment with unprofessional employees.

On July 20th around 3 PM, I visited the drive-thru and was served by a girl at the window. The customer service was excellent despite the long line. It felt very personal, and they provided friendly service with a smile! I appreciate that! The temperature and taste of the food were great. One item was missing from our mobile order, but I went back and received it without any issues. Thank you!

I'm here several times. every time they understood something wrong. I get them missing food, I'm asked to move and wait. they'll get the missing food out. I then come home and unpack my burrito (most of them look right from the outside) take a bit and shock it 's wrong, either the wrong burrito completely, or they 't take out something I can't eat that I'm asked to be taken out. about 75% of the time I come here when I get to pay, they take my payment, then they tell me to get behind the yellow pole, which I don't understand why if they don't want me to see the window on what they do. looks like they're on something. I work until 10:30 o'clock and all the other Taco bells are close to me. it is as if I have to take a bit of any item to make sure that it is right before I leave the window.

About 8:35p.m. July 19,2022 I attempted to go in the dining room to place a carry out order, online said it was open the door itself was open upon entering the building I was rudely greeted by a female with a terrible attitude saying no one should be in there and that she isn 't taking anyone on the inside. Although I had a repelling first encounter I still went thru the drive thru to place a order. I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes before a lady said excuse me it 's going to be a while another 5 minutes go by before she returns to take my order. I place my order wait in line until it 's my turn for window service only to be told the beverage I asked for is unavailable. I make a new selection, pay for the food and continue to wait on my order. Get the food, check the bag for accuracy notice they only have fire sauce in the bag wait a few minutes and tap the horn to get someone back to the window so I can ask for some mild sauce the same woman who had the bad attitude said we only have fire and diablo don 't you think that 's something you may want to tell people before they order my 6yr old kid doesn 't eat spicy food. Food was mostly fresh and satisfying which is why I give them 2 stars. Attitudes, customer service, and website information terrible but the food was good.
