Fujiyama Steak House Of Japan

Very clean with a minimalist set up and attractive decor. The waitress was very accommodating especially since I have a gluten sensitivity. The manager was polite and visited our table to check in. The hibachi was fresh and I absolutely love the green tea ice cream. I would eat here often if I lived in the area. Domo arigatou gozaimasu!

The past 2 visits have been overpriced and not very tasty. They have stopped using the ginger sauce and instead slather everything in what tasted like barbecue sauce, even my filet mignon! The fried rice was below par, and I'm not sure that the egg was cooked through. Before the meal, the salads were watery with a large glob of dressing was thrown on top. It was a very mild tasting dressing, not like it has always tasted. After the 2nd trip, I've declared there won't be a 3rd. I will go to House of Tokyo or Kumo.

Server never gave me a refill. I asked her three times but she kept forgetting about me. I didn't leave a tip because of this problem. Sad! Salad tastes burnt, nor good. I like Shugun much better! sorry

Restaurant is a bit loud, even if you're seated far away from the hibachi area. That is literally the only complaint I have for this place. The food's great and they have lovely staff and servers. It can get a little crowded so I definitely recommend making a reservation, especially during the weekend.

Hands down the best hibachi restaurant in the Indianapolis area. Food is great and service is top notch whether you eat at a grill or table.
