Jack's Pizza - Warren Park

Called in to place a pick up 10’ pizza was told 10/12 mins I waited 15 to get there an the guy claim they been busy, pizza hadn’t even been made an he again saying 10 mins smh… all for the pizza do not even be hot for real… wasn’t any sausage on the pizza jus all veggies, jus horrible. I’ve never had a bad pizza from jacks till u get on Lafayette rd. They jus do not care this way an will take ur cash with ease. Jus horrible $20 dollar waste

I asked for extra cheese. The cook gave me too much extra cheese it made the pizza clunky.

I used to get a large for $20 but now all I get was a $20 10 inch small pizza, they're customer service anticipates confrontation before they gets any so you can barely ask a question, if you do, you get a jerk like interrupting response. My order was ready in less than 9 minutes, which seems impossible and the slightly warm pizza would've been good if they'd put pizza sauce on it, I couldn't even find any on the crust, you can tell by my pics it was so dry I had to buy sauce to dip it in from the nearest store. It's been a few months but my past experience here was usually pretty good, so I am disappointed.

It was horrible!! $29 for no cheese, ordered Xtra and looked just like the 1 star reviews. The worst and I have never put out a negative review.

Really is one of the best pizza joints in town. They don't skimp on the toppings and cheese. Carry out or delivery only.
