Outback Steakhouse - Warren Park

Won't ever be back. Asked for steak rare was medium to medium well. We'd waited quite a while so didn't send back. Waiter wouldn't take gift card, said it wasn't activated. The gift card was the only reason we went there. We checked the gift card online and was already activated and had proper balance. Best guess is waiter didn't know how to split between gift card and another payment. Luckily there's a different restaurant we can use at.

We went here for a Church dinner and the service was awesome and food was excellent.

The bacon cheese fries were awesome! And so was the drink I had! I was super excited to go to Outback as I've never been and this was our anniversary dinner! However, I ordered the sirloin and coconut shrimp, unfortunately the steak was very tough and that was with it being cooked less than medium . My husband had the porterhouse and half of his steak was awesome but the other half not so much. The server offered to make some cocktails sauce for my shrimp but that never happened, I had to ask for my salad dressing and whenn I asked for a tea to go unsweetened with Splenda I got sweet tea.. I did call and there was a misunderstanding between the manager and I.. he said he would take care of it they wanted us to be happy with our experience. I later looked at my online account and to my surprise they had refunded the entire amount.. fast fed to about an hour ago.. I get an alert that there has been a $106 charge to my bank account. I definitely am not expecting a hand out or free drinks but I feel there should have been compensation for the steaks. I was expecting so much more, and seeing as it was our anniversary I'm really disappointed and upset that we chose to go there. (Lesson learned the hard way) Now what was refunded waiters tip that I have yet to see reflected on my account. It's safe to say I'm not sure I'll be a returning customer.

Mule drink ,strawberry lemonade, double cesar salad, house salad with ranch, 12 oz prime rib, bake potato with 1/2 rack of ribs all was a great experience we will be back
