Ruth's Chris Steak House - Warren Park

From canceling my reservation 1:45 minutes before I was to arrive, Then after a call to the manager I was assured all would be fine when I arrived, Then by asking how many in my party when arrived completely messing up my surprise birthday dinner for my wife as then she knew we weren't alone ?, Then finding a hair in my mushrooms ?‍? I was told it was from the crab legs ?Having to ask for refills on drinks , The bar wasn't half full so wasn't like they were busy. 6pm on a Wednesday night To the manager not taking responsibility. We had never been here before. Needless to say we probably won't be back. Way over priced for our experience. Should have chosen St.Elmos ?

Our server Kendra was excellent and made our experience wonderful. She answered all of our questions regarding the menu and her food suggestions were spot on. She recommended the Cowboy Ribeye and the corn. We also had mashed potatoes. So delicious. We had leftovers for breakfast. Loved it.

Good food, excellent service from Kim and Kirsten, what more could I ask for? Will definitely be back to this staple when it comes to fine dining.
