I appreciate that they list all the ingredients in both English and Spanish, so you know exactly what you're ordering. The food is always fresh, hot, and made to order. And I can't say enough good things about their fresh-squeezed juice—the papaya and passion fruit juices are simply amazing. I visit at least once a week, and I would definitely go more often if I lived closer, haha!
I had a poor experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I entered, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, as everyone was quiet and there was no lively interaction. I wouldn't recommend this place.
When I first started eating, the food seemed promising, but as I continued with my nachos, things took a turn for the worse. The refried beans tasted old and seemed to be from a can, while the chips were stale and soggy. There was hardly any sour cream, but thankfully I had ordered a side, although it still wasn't enough. The nacho cheese had an unusual taste. I had expected it to be good since the place was packed, but I was sadly mistaken.
I was hoping I’d get authentic Mexican nacho chips for the nachos but they look and taste like the ones from the gas station. I was unsatisfied for the amount of meat and other stuff that was put in my nachos (ordered steak chicken and chorizo in them) for $17+ tax. For that price I was expecting them to be loaded but the portion of everything was literally the size of my hand, the container was super light in weight. I will not come back here again.
Told the guy to not put no cream on my sopes but what I do like the food looks and taste fresh wish I could’ve gotten tostadas de pollo my son smash those tostadas in 5minutes
