Contribuisci feedbackNo napkins, no hand sanitizer, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels in the bathroom. Filthy tables with chunks of food. I went to ask someone to clean my table, but others were already at the counter, complaining about the tables. The cashier was looking to see whom he could grab to go clean the tables, but the other employees were busy receiving a pizza that was being delivered while I was standing there. He could not find anyone, not one person, so he apologized to the line of customers and went to clean our tables. I had to go next door to the gas station to buy hand sanitizer before I could eat my food. The gas station was waaay cleaner than this poorly-run garbage can. Since this is not my first bad experience here, I'm actually contacting the health department. It's that disgusting.
These days, I don 't eat out much, so when I do, my expectations are higher. This afternoon I went for an early dinner at Buger King on Bus. Rt 50 highway in Warrensburg, MO. I went inside for carryout. There was one customer in whole store and he had already placed his order and was waiting. I placed my order (Bacon King Combo for $11.09). The guy who took my order said, medium fries and drink? I said sure, thinking that was the $11.09 meal and he was confirming my order. At the drink station I press Root Beer, and it said unavailable . Dr. Pepper, unavailable , Regular Coke, unavailable . I had the cashier get me a so from behind the counter. 10 minute wait! Fries were cold and hard. Bacon King was made with cold cooked patties. One of the employees came out of the restroom with wet hands. He looked for a towel, but ended up wiping his hands dry on his shirt and pants. Too many fast food places in Warrensburg to waste my time eating there again.
Just bought food my daughter and I and Irecieved this as my sandwich.I called the store to let them know that the buns had mold and the manager told me to call back in 30 minutes and when I asked for her name she told me she was the manager and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable.
The franchisee should be embarrassing. if they know that the franchise is embarrassing to know them. burger king as a company should be embarrassed to make business with this franchiseee. they refuse to employ enough people to care for the place, they run out of basic necessaryities (knapkins, ice, lid) all the time. Here's horrible. I moved with 2 cars in front of me to the car and waited 7 minutes before the car before I had to order. then another 5 minutes to go into the order. the young tells me it will be a moment, and then comes back and tells me it will wait a 10-15 minutes to place my order! they fire all, sell this franchise off, bulldoze the whole thing to the floor, it does not play any role that this place is müll and should not exist.
They have no speck, no rolls, no manager in service. the employees look lost. I was the first on the line and it took 10 minutes to ask if I needed help. When I was about to order someone, they came up and complained that they gave them an impossible one when asked for a speck king. they answered well, we have no speck. So instead of telling this man that there is no speck, they simply gave something different without asking if he wanted it. this place should be shut off. the manager school is fired and the owner should solve this for non-care.
