Jimmy John's - Warrensburg

Clean location and friendly staff. Food is indeed ready freaky fast.

We placed an online order at 2:22PM. When the driver brought us our order, we only received one sandwich and a drink. We were missing everything else that was supposed to be included a second sandwich, two bags of chips, two cookies, and two pickles . When my spouse brought this to the attention of the delivery driver, he said he would go back and bring us the rest. Fast forward an hour, and we still don't have the food. We call up to Jimmy John's and they apologize, saying they'll remake it and send it out. Forty minutes later and still nothing. At this point, we are frustrated and want a refund. We call this location once again, and the person who answered started to argue with my spouse saying their records indicate the driver has come by twice and they can't keep bringing us free sandwiches. When she read the address to him, it was the WRONG address. We finally got the refund after speaking to 3 people. We love Jimmy John's food, but this location has been nothing short of disappointing each time.

Fast as always! Great taste. 9 use to be my favorite, I think 7 has now replaced it

Very slow both times I ordered from here. Company advertises freaky fast but this store definitely does not live up to the advertised delivery speed.
