Chipotle Mexican Grill - Warrenton

Food was cold and bowls were not even filled 1/2 way. You pay a lot for the meal only to find it not even adequate. Had to make a trip back to the restaurant

Was worst experience ever to date. It has been steadily going down hill and last time we will be going here. Four of us were rushed through at a 100mph with NO ONE behind us at 7pm. Our daughter didn 't get all her sides and when we asked how many sides she had in her kids plate we were told, She got everything and wouldn 't open the top of the plate. We had to ask 3 times for them to finally open the plate to see there were no sides. Only for the staff to be rude and argue with us. They packaged up all our food for us, not even asking if we were eating in our dinning out. Not only did we deal with that, the other two in our group didn 't even get to choose all our items for our meal as we were so focused on ensuring our daughter was able to order her meal.

Not clean and very poor service. Restaurant was very dirty. Every time we have been to this store all the tables are dirty. No one in line and when asked to have a minute the lady rolled her eyes and then refused to give my daughter a side with her meal. Way better places in Warrenton that care about serving their customers

Don't waste your time and money here. This location consistently leaves out ingredients. I used to eat here 2-3 times a week and would pay an extra $4.25 for double meat but I would only receive it 50% of the time when using online ordering. Other times they'll leave out the rice or some other random ingredient. If you value convenience of online ordering and getting what you paid for, do NOT order here. Oh and they're extremely stingy with the chips (the bag is always a quarter full).

This place always is always busy, that's how good their food is.
