Chipotle Mexican Grill - Warrenville

I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is always super fast and my order is always correct. Plus, they always have the vinaigrette for my salad, which is a big plus for me. I would give this location a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

The young man who handled our takeout order was excellent. Our order was completely accurate and he did a fantastic job wrapping the burritos. Additionally, our bowls were beautifully presented.

The managers are terrible, they have no idea how to run a restaurant. It's a horrible place and no one should support or visit this location. I spoke to a couple of female managers who were rude and should go back for training as soon as possible. I will never go to this place again, I would rather eat dirt than set foot in that restaurant.

I think it’s over priced but I had a gift card so I got it. Surprise, I was very disappointed. The rice was so undercooked that it was hard and crunchy. The carnita meat was basically all fat. It was disgusting to say the least. And the restaurant itself was poorly taken care of. Smelled like trash in the dining area. Avoid this place!
