Subway - Warrington

I will never patronize this restaurant again! Recently, I visited this location in Warrington with my 7-year-old granddaughter, who wanted some pretzel bites. After purchasing them and receiving them from the cashier, we had only walked a few feet away when my granddaughter tripped and dropped them all on the floor. We picked them up so I could replace them, and the cashier insisted that I had to pay for them again. I explained that we hadn't even left the counter, and it was a child who accidentally dropped them, but she showed no empathy and just said I had to pay again. I couldn't believe the audacity of charging for food that they would have to throw away anyway, all because a child accidentally spilled them. I paid again because my granddaughter really wanted them, but I will never support this place again. It's not just about having to pay again, but the complete lack of empathy shown by the cashier in this situation. Auntie Anne should reconsider their partnership with this shameful Subway location. The owner's response was equally shameful, focusing on free food and what her employees can eat rather than addressing the customer's complaint. This only confirms my negative review. They may not realize it, but customer service includes listening to feedback/complaints, regardless of whether they agree, and striving to improve and do better.

This Subway is a good option for a local spot, located inside a Walmart. While the ambiance may not be the best, it is the only option for miles around. The food is tasty, with the typical Subway menu offering well-made sandwiches. It wasn't overly crowded during my visit.

After multiple visits, I found this restaurant to be clean and well-managed. The seating is comfortable and the sandwiches are delicious. Overall, it's a pleasant experience. The new employees are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant gives fantastic service as well as enjoyable food. My favorite spot around town. The meals came out quick and the rates are economical. Highly recommended.
