The restaurant is quite large with many tables, and there are parking spots both in the back and on the curb (free after 5:30pm, but restricted to 1 hour before that). The restaurant was very clean and the menu had a wide variety of options, including many vegetarian dishes. We enjoyed all of our dishes - the wobble bhaji, chicken malai, aloo gobi, coconut rice, and naan. I would definitely go back again.
My wife and I recently visited Warrnambool and came across a menu for a curry house at the place we were staying. Intrigued, we decided to give it a try. I ordered a delicious beef curry while my wife went for the unique cheese naan bread. I thoroughly enjoyed my curry and rice, which had just the right amount of spice for my taste. My wife was very pleased with her choice of the cheese naan bread, and I have to admit, it was delicious. If we ever find ourselves in Warrnambool again, Imaginary Indians will be our first choice for a meal.
My man and I are regularly in this restaurant. always a good meal and service. we have tried many things on the menu. we love the bhagis, the samosas are great and very popular of bark bollywood, dahl makhani garlauch naans, kashmiri reis and. mango leti they are always ready for mild curries for my man while I like medium curries. always served generously. beautiful and delicate meat. that's worth it.
After lockdown they enjoy a sit down menu and it was delicious. had to book restrictions in the restaurant due to covid. we had a samosa, bhajis, madras lamb, lamb makhani, kashmiri rice, garlauch naans and raita. my man had a corona beer and I had. a mango leti. the mango leti was the only thing that was disappointed. it just didn't have enough mango powder in it, so it was blanching. I had them here before and they're beautiful. the meal was delicious, however. we have dived between lockdowns and bought takeaways and we are always happy with the meals
Our favourite restaurant in Warrnambool, always come here when we're in town. Best onion bahjis I've had in Australia, all the curry's have been great but the chicken vindaloo is my favourite
