It gets bonus points for almost no waiting time to get a table, the spacious local and the view of the kitchen staff that has been there since Youmiko Sushi. The Ramen Spicier was surprising than in other places. The waiting time for the food was quite long so if you decide to visit this place during the weekend package extra patience in your backpack.
VRS is arguably the top spot in Poland for enjoying plant-based cuisine, and it is always a must-visit for me whenever I am in Warsaw (if time permits!). Their soups are incredibly delicious, and while the prices may be a bit high, the quality of their broth, noodles, and toppings, as well as the generous serving sizes, make it well worth the cost. As a bonus, they offer salted edamame as an appetizer, which I enjoy almost as much as the ramen itself. The only downside to dining at Vegan Ramen Shop is that it is very popular, so be prepared to wait up to 40 minutes in line outside for a table, a common occurrence at all of their locations.
I chose the TanTan Ramen and it was pretty good and also very sharp. The staff is also very nice. I recommend VRS
I have dined at this restaurant twice and tried two different types of ramen: creamy shio ramen and a seasonal option. The portions are generous, so I recommend ordering starters if you have a big appetite. The food is fresh, high quality, and served nicely with no unnecessary fuss. One standout aspect is the friendly staff with great tattoos. The interior is minimalistic, but there are a few small tables available outside for seating. I enjoyed the bear mate drink and will definitely be returning in the future.
I stopped trying ramen in other places, because none of them can surpass VRS and I'm always disappointed
