Channel Inn - Warsaw

Actually Zero... for 10 years we have had great pizza from the Channel Inn. Tonight's was substandard. Couldn't even find the pepperoni and when we did it was so thin, and flavorless. Really guys! The pineapple was from a can; the crust so thin you could slice it and make toothpicks. You gotta do better than this for $15. I will drive to Faribault now. My take out menu says it was to be $4 cheaper and you tell me its an old menu but you don't have any new take out menus. Seriously, two years old. Four people did not like the pizza... two children asking where is the pepperoni grandma. What I didn't like is the fact you didn't even apologize when I called... just yeah we put pepperoni on it. So you lost a good customer. And you can work on the bartender gals being more friendly...it's like you are sorry you have to work. Tips are based on good customer service and FOOD! I over tipped.

HORRIBLE service. The waitresses are very rude and the wait for food is long.

The Friday fish fry is great. Battered or broiled. Their Reuben is delicious. Great place for family gathering s and friends to meet.

Driving by and decided to stop ???? n. My lunch special meal hit the spot. The waitress was obviously talented at taking care of everyone with a quiet and deceptively astute clarity of the order of things. She brought my bill, took care of others whilereturning to the bar. I walked to the bar with the bill; a twenty I.had partially covered with the check.when at the table Without any contact with me she walked over with my change before I presented the bill. Why mention this? She made it allsurprising easy with an awareness of little details. Hats off!!

I had broasted chicken and 2 sides. Ordered the meal for take out and as usual the meal was great. Never had a disappointing meal or service at the Channel.
