Wasabi Sushi Bar - Warson Woods

The service was the worst thing I ever had. it took 35 minutes to get the drinks we ordered 35 minutes before. the waitress was complained with complaining and defensiw apologetic. obviously this place lacks the right administration to short employees in a busy night.

Great Bento box mealtimes. I did the laughs and my man did the beef/Bugero box. great amount of food included, especially if the Californian rolls and veggie ei roll. we're coming back.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and this experience would likely make me not want to return. We sat waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table and take our drink orders. We then sat waiting for our sushi for nearly 2 hours! Our waitress repeatedly apologized about the wait and offered complementary appetizers but there really is no excuse that sushi should take two hours to make. It was relatively busy but not busy enough for that to be acceptable. The restaurant cleared out but even at this point it took a while for the sushi to come out. When we finally received the sushi it looked a mess and it was poorly put together and fell apart at the slightest touch. Whoever made the sushi clearly did not know what they were doing. There was also a man at the sushi bar making sushi with a large bushy beard that was very disturbing. I would not want to eat food made by this employee for sanitation reasons.

The fish was fresh and the portions were ample. I would definitely recommend Wasabi to anyone looking to have some quality sushi.

Food was fabulous. Service was too. We eat here regularily, especially during happy hour.
