The Traube in Azmoos has got a new host. After reopening we ind everything nicely and carefully refurbished and in traditional style of the historic building. Very friendly staff is serving exellent food and wine. Stylish but not over the top! Just the right place to go when you are looking for traditional, genuine cusine of quality at reasonable price.

The restaurant is located in a somewhat older building, which serves the ambiente very well. As a matter of fact, you don 't need to ask for the menu. The cook will come to your table and will advise at every course what you can have. The selection of wines is very well done. And you may follow the advise of the cook also. You will get the wines, that are not on the card. The quality of the food is outstanding . The price-performance-ratio is more than OK. A place to return more often.
