Sonic Drive-in - Wartburg

Can't give less stars or I would. My husband and I often eat in the Sonic in Wartburg, as the restaurant choices in the area are extremely limited. We'll get our food and bring it home. While the service is friendly, food is getting worse and worse. A small cheese sticks ordered today. They tasted like they were made yesterday or the day before. They weren't hot. Not sure we will return soon.

The food was good, it only took about 45 minutes longer than I thought it should have been. But the guy who brought it out was a great car hit. I love eating at Sonic!

This Sonic is usually decent, but recently they went downhill. The staff is very nice, but we had to go through the trip three times because they always gave us the wrong order. I understand that mistakes happen, but that's exaggerated. I'm probably not going back to this place because of this and the last bad experiences.

Took my little tiny 1.5 pound Teacup Yorkie and we shared a burger and tater tots. It was out to us quickly and good and hot. She and I both were happy. Wartburg, Tn

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous service! I place an order for 5 drinks. Just drinks. Placed the order AN HOUR AGO!! Pulled up and checked in..and sat there for 20 minutes and they still didn't have my drinks ready. Then they said to hold on they would give me a refund..mmsat in the car another 10 mins...nothing...thanks for making us late to my son's game!! Usually when someone places an order an hour I'm advance for DRINKS it's not a problem. But clearly it's a problem with this sonic.
