Taco Bell - Wartburg

This is the 4th time I've been to this taco bell and each time they give me the wrong thing smh and it's a simple order yet I always end up with something completely different then I ordered and when I told the girl at the window she acted as though I was speaking Italian or something and said they didn't have the item I wanted but every taco bell I've ever been too understood what I was saying and had no issue giving me a chicken burrito that's all I wanted and I've ordered this item a million times over the years yet this is the 4th time this taco bell acted dumb when I asked why they gave me something completely different every single time! So many people were so excited to get a taco bell in wartburg yet everyone I've spoke to won't go to this one due to the employees aren't trained they have no clue how to make the items on there own menu and they refuse to fix it smh I won't be going here anymore I will drive to harriman or Oakridge before I go to this taco bell again take my advice DO NOT GO unless u enjoy spending 40$ on a meal to feed 1 adult and 2 kids and your food be wrong every single time!

Food was horrible. The bacon and steak burrito tasted like garbage. Would not recommend getting it. The food was wrapped poorly, like they were in a rush, when they weren't. We had to open everything up to figure out what it was because wrappers were incorrect, the outside was inside for the words. Pepsi tasted like syrup.. almost flat like. Food: 2 Service: 4
