Not remote work friendly they purposely (I believe) blast music at a level that prevents you from taking meetings and taking up seats. When politely asked to bring down to a reasonable level I've heard multiple people and myself told the owner will not let them touch it. EDIT: This is absolutely true.. I was told first hand by staff the owner will not let them touch it and heard others complain and ask the same. Remote work is a major part of why people patronize your establishment maybe just take the feedback and lower the volume a little instead of getting defensive and refuting a valid claim?
