Dunkin' - Warwick

Overpriced these days, and get less for your money. If I pay extra for something added to my sandwich, it should be put on , not globbed on. Some are missed altogether. I understand that they are trying to work fast under pressure, but that means cutting corners on preparing and cooking the purchased fast food. As well as the rushing to get through the line making you shout your order out before the paid customer even leaves the service counter.. Since they only get Minimum wage(not living wage), they're probably overworked with multiple jobs to make ends meet. DD should add employees to suit the demand. But if no one says anything that means nobody cares?

Purchased food and bagels. Though we asked, they never provided butter or cream cheese. Went back for the butter and cream cheese, the guy charges us $15 extra for what they never gave us to begin with because you should have asked for that when you ordered . When explained we did, we were yelled at. Guy started yelling while we were trying to explain that we should not have had to pay $15 extra for items we already purchased. Horrible atmosphere. Will NEVER go back here again and I will be informing as many people as I can not to go to this store.

Good food, rude lady took my order and had no respect at all. told me i didn’t ask for something i did. gave me attitude for no reason. i come here a lot and she always her and she always rude to me and my friends and i i’ve done nothing but gave her disrespect. don’t get me wrong some enployees are nice but most of them are rude young teenagers that are disrespectful. go to a different dunkin

I normally have good service here but I ordered 2 coolatas one strawberry and one vanilla bean. They gave me strawberry and blue raspberry. They apologized for the error and I said forget it I'll just keep it. I was in a hurry. I dont like the taste of blue raspberry. I still won't judge them for their error. People make mistakes.

I just came to Dunkin and there was a girl named Alisa she was the best she was so kind and respectful I was very happy with her I would always ask for her assistance if I would be there . If you see this Alisa thank you a lot you are wonderful ?And it was great that she knew Russian it really helped . Alisa thank you for your hard work ??
