Took this restaurant hour and half to deliver wrong food. Called they then delivered two and half l hours after I ordered . Their attitude was well didn't we finally get it to you . No apology no offer of any reimbursement for horrendous service! Just we were slammed . If you want food within reasonable time don't use this restaurant ! Manager not able to get on the phone message was didn't we finally get you the food . A trophy for participating .... not what we pay for. No offer of any type of credit or apology just lucky we finally got it to you.
Super Bowl carry out ... however, thanks to the staff, we ordered online and picked up. Order was fresh and on time. Obviously we ordered wings and grinders ... everyone said they all were fantastic. Food was excellent. Thanks staff, very friendly and my order was perfect and on time. Even in a busy busy busy time and storm. I don't understand the low review. I have not had one issue with this place and I've ordered over 10x.
Horrible experience. We use to like this place but after tonight we will definitely not be going back and warning everyone to stay away from this particular location. Past several times were not up to par and tonight seals the deal. Done. First, waited an hour for two subs and a salad with chicken. Then when the delivery driver *Colby H* pulls up his music is blasting. Inconsiderate. Asked for no contact always do! yet he's banging on the door. Okay. Get food, missing chicken for salad. Wtf. Call lady is instantly short with my girlfriend about the missing chicken. Then when my girl tells her about the knocking and no contact, she attempts to argue with my girlfriend saying we didn't ask for no contact. Why would you ever be argumentative with a customer, especially in a situation as simple as this? Horrible customer service. So says they'll bring the chicken. We wait. And wait. Eat what food we have, which by the way, was not the highest quality either. Luke warm subs. No Mayo on the BLT and crappy lettuce just randomly tossed. And the salad was bad. Had tons of slimy dark green pieces and had to pick out most of it. Simply unacceptable. So FORTY minutes go by and my girl calls back and the lady goes oh Colby, you brought that chicken didn't you? Go outside and there it is in the cold. Kid didn't even knock to let us know. So we're pissed. But here's the cherry on top. Get off phone chickens cold look at the receipt and they really had the audacity to leave a note about the No Contact! How about NEXT TIME DON'T FORGET THE CHICKEN! Well, there will be no next time anyway :
Of the plethora of Twisted Pizza locations in the state, this one is just okay. Upon entering the location, my party was happy with the cleanliness and plentiful seating. We were promptly informed that we could sit wherever we wanted, and had our orders taken by a kind server. Our drinks came out immediately; conventional waters and sodas. Everything was fine in that regard. We ordered two pizzas: a Hawaiian and a Pepperoni Cheese. Despite being the only party in there our order took about half an hour. I understand a pizza having to cook, but there were no other orders happening. The pizzas came out, and they were very different from the quality I 'm used to from their Coventry location. The Hawaiian was alarmingly sweet, and there appeared to be pineapple juice covering the entire top of the pizza. Every bite was sweet, as if the pineapple was poured directly out of a can. The pepperoni pizza was no better; the grease from the pepperoni (which shriveled into cups, making pools of more grease) was one-noted. It was hard to differentiate any flavor of the cheese, meat or crust. The pizza crust seemed overworked, as it was very tough to eat. Both pizzas were served cut, but the pieces weren 't really separated, as if they weren 't able to get through the whole pie. The experience was average, as I said before. The service was plenty kind, but the pizza left a lot to be desired, especially from the Twisted brand.
Ordered for the first time: Ordered a small bacon and chicken, 16 in bacon, chicken ranch and a 16 in BBQ pulled pork pizza. Totaling in $60. When I came home and open my boxes noticed that the bbq pulled pork pizza look extra crispy/burnt. I called to let them know and the person who picked up the phone was trying to basically tell me I didn't order the pizza from there. Even after I confirmed the address and told her that was the address I placed on my gps. After going back and forth she apologized and told me it must have been before she got in at 2pm. I asked for a refund because there is no way I'm heading all the way back to Warwick from Providence again. Let's see if I actually get the refund.
