Do not purchase food from this restaurant. I use Uber eats for the first time. My dad passed away I didn't want to drive any place so I looked to see who could deliver food I wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse but they didn't deliver so I used this place. They had a buy one get one free for a half a rack of ribs I click that and I ordered a steak total was $63 with a few appetizers some corn and some chili. I click pay it says $103 I'm being billed for. I called the restaurant immediately I told him there's a buy one get one free the manager refused to get on the phone he's screaming over saying we have no special anything like that the receptionist says what am I going to tell the person he goes I don't care tell him whatever we have no special. I tell him cancel the order they tell me I can't cancel the order with them they got to go through Uber since it's a third party so I went to Uber. 2 minutes have gone by Uber tells me I do not qualify to cancel an order it's been 2 minutes and they won't permit me to cancel an order. I'm not paying $103 I agreed for 63 Frank was a delivery driver I'm not going to burn him I paid him $15 cash. I have cameras all over my property that see and record everything goes to cloud and you can see me giving him $15 and thanking him. Uber eats is horrible. Smokey Bones is trash. Pure garbage
