Walt's Roast Beef - Warwick

I had a delicious hot pastrami sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. Unfortunately, they didn’t have whole wheat buns available. Also, they serve Pepsi instead of Coke.

I ordered a number five, but it was a disappointing experience. The pastrami sandwich had hardly any pastrami in it, and the bun was tiny. The soda was flat, and there were only a few fries in the cup. The staff seemed more preoccupied with chatting in the kitchen than serving customers. To make matters worse, the cashier was very inexperienced. I requested a refund and they struggled with the cash register, not giving me all my money back, and they couldn’t figure out how to open it again. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I can't help but wonder what's happening to the quality of service nowadays.

I was likely the first customer there on Saturday since the place was completely empty. I ordered the Walt's roast beef combo for $10.80. Unfortunately, I could hear the roast beef being put in the microwave, and when it arrived, it was dry. The French fries were overcooked as well, which was disappointing for the price. It didn't taste like I remembered it used to. Considering that your neighbors, Rocky Point Chowder House, have closed, perhaps now is the time to consider adding fish and chips to the menu, similar to what Newport Ave Walt's offers. Just a thought.

This was a horrible experience ?. My family and I ordered from here and the woman whom took our order repeated it back to use perfectly and yet it's not what we received. 0 out of 10 would not recommend!!!!

Absolutely amazing meal. I had the hot and spicy which was absolutely perfect and flavorful. Oh and it was actually spicy! It was missing nothing. The fries are solid as well. The worst part is I may not be able to try the other sandwiches because the one I had was so good!
