Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant was comparable to that of Subway. The only problem was that they charged us for an upgrade to large cups without our request. After inquiring about it, they did change them back to medium cups... which was not ideal.
I recently visited the Subway in Wasaga Beach and was disappointed by the lack of quality service provided by the staff. While the food is typically good at Subway, I believe that a restaurant should offer more than just good food. The staff members that served me were poorly trained and did not listen to my instructions, rushing to get me out the door. Our sandwich, intended to be shared between two people, was prepared incorrectly with different ingredients on each side. Despite giving repeated instructions, the sandwich was still made incorrectly and was cut wrong. Additionally, it was not wrapped properly, causing the contents to spill everywhere. I had to rewrap the sandwich and even go home for a new shirt. I urge Subway owners to train their staff better in order to provide great service to their customers. Customers deserve to get what they pay for and receive excellent service, not just satisfactory service. I hope to see improvements on my next visit, but if not, I will be dining elsewhere.
I guess because you're at the beach they're going to charge more. It sure is expensive to try eating healthy nowadays. We still ate there. We complained together about the price and the shoddy amount of food you get. When you arrive at the beach with no lunch you're kinda stuck with what's around. Relatively fresh is better than other stuff that's available.
We were so beyond disappointed with the customer service and our meals. The meat on our sandwich was not cooked properly and the items were tossed on so carelessly. Even if the meat was cooked properly, it was not even in any form that you could eat, because of the careless way it was put together. When we called the store to complain we were disrespected. This store should not even be allowed to represent Subway. We will drive to another town to eat Subway before ever going back there again!
It's Subway, so we all know that the food is good, but I look for more than that when I go to a restaurant. I look for service, and that service should be better than just good enough to get by. When I was last at the Wasaga Beach Subway, the staff members that served me were poorly trained and did not listen to my instructions - they were too busy just trying to get me "out the door". Our sandwich was intended to be shared by two people, so each side was being done differently and I had to give the same instruction about "ONLY ON ONE HALF" of the sandwich, for every ingredient. Even with the extra guidance, the sandwich was still prepared INCORRECTLY and was cut wrong.As you know there is a specific way to wrap a submarine sandwich, so that it doesn't spill the contents all over as it is being eaten. Even the basic sandwich wrapping 101 was not applied. I know this because I had to re-wrap the sandwich after spilling all over myself, and I had to go home for a new shirt. Come on Subway owners, train your staff, because your clients will be much happier and will return more frequently.We are the customers, we're the ones that are paying and we want to get our money's worth! A big part of getting our money's worth, is getting what we ordered and GREAT SERVICE, not just make due service. I know you can do better and I'll be back again to see if you have improved. If you don't, there are other placed to eat.
