Contribuisci feedbackI understand that in Ontario that all Franchises are being bought up by East Indian people, but that doesn 't mean that the customer has to bend to ways. This is a Canadian Company and all staff should speak and understand the language, not be told that they don 't know their own order, also, when ordering at drive thru, when taking an order, you do not tell the customer and while struggling to understand a simple order.
Typically I have good service and the foods good. But today I asked for 1/2 dozen assorted muffins and only got carrot muffins. Thanks...
Ordered a sausage farmers wrap, a Boston creme, and a med drk roast. Got the coffee, and the donut, because it's available at the counter, but they missed the wrap. This Timmies always misses orders over 3 items, every time. Always happening during the past two months so far.Bouke
New review:Google reviews obviously work. This place has upped its game and is doing well now!Old review:This must be a learning training store. It's the slowest Tim Hortons in Canada. It's the only Tim Horton's where I've ever heard people honking their horns! The other two Tim Horton's in Wasaga Beach run like well oiled machines...this one seems like a training store...which is bizarre as it's serving the busiest section of Wasaga Beach!
New facility. Service was slow. Still in the organizing phase but a nice, bright interior. Access roads are a mess.
