Contribuisci feedbackI would not recommend this place. The service is extremely slow, with just one person handling everything at a leisurely pace. Additionally, I experienced mild food poisoning after eating here. It's best to steer clear of this restaurant.
I placed an order at the drive-thru, but the cashier informed me that I couldn't substitute beans for beef without an extra charge. I've visited many Taco Bells before, and I've never had to pay for that swap. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she insisted that it wasn't possible without a charge. Okay, fine. She then provided our total, but when I moved forward to pay, I discovered that our order had been canceled. I went inside to place the order again and was able to swap beans for beef without any extra charge using the kiosk. However, I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for my food! Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service.
The restaurant needs a complete overhaul. The staff is quite unproductive, and it takes an excessive amount of time to receive your food. Many employees seem to just be standing around.
The food wasn't very fresh but it was later in the evening. As much as I would love to accept that as a reason for the lower quality food, I can't honestly say it not that acceptable. But I'll give it another try. Not every experience good or bad will lead to a good or bad one the next time. I'm sure on rare occasions it's just a miserable place every time but, life would be too limited if everything recieved just one chance
