Blue Margarita - Washington

My husband and I are regulars at Washington Restaurant. There are times when it's quite busy—especially during dinner hours—so we might wait a few minutes for a table and occasionally longer for our food. However, on average, we visit once a week, and the food is fantastic, served hot, and tailor-made to our requests. We've always found the waitstaff to be attentive, and they are quick to provide extras, like hot sauce when it’s not included, and are accommodating with small adjustments to our orders. Everyone seems to work together seamlessly to ensure that orders are taken, drinks are refilled, and food is served promptly. We truly believe it's the best Mexican restaurant in Washington, and maybe even in the entire Peoria region. We're thrilled that it's so close to home, especially since their house margaritas are, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. For us, any occasional wait or slower service due to high customer volume is easily overlooked because of the welcoming atmosphere and incredible food! Highly recommended.

If you're looking for delicious and fresh Mexican cuisine that stands out from the crowd, this is the spot for you! The staff is excellent, the food is fantastic, and the margaritas are unbeatable! You definitely need to check it out!

I didn’t even have to eat to fall in love with this place. The food, margaritas, service, and staff are all amazing. I had such a great time! I will definitely be back and I hope to see all the staff I met tonight again.

Always the best. The largest service as usual. With the low key restaurant and great location, we will be back.

Food is good. Drinks are good. Staff is good. What I was hoping for was a little more of a larger bar that I could have hung out at, so its strictly for dinner not drinks.
